As Vice President of White + Burke Real Estate Advisors, I am a public-private partnership consultant to municipalities, doing economic development work and revitalizing communities. My education started in sociology, giving me a basis for understanding systems and people. That grew into exploration of business, project management, and finance through my M.B.A.  Looking back even further, my two core hobbies of childhood influenced how I operate in the world. I credit 14 years of ballet classes for my perseverance and openness to feedback. I credit my 12 years of Girl Scouts with my ability to manage complex projects and a deep empathy for the world around me. And beyond my degrees and formal training, I look to my  professional experience, service, relationship-building, and genuine curiosity for the development of my frameworks and approach to work. Starting in the commercial real estate industry at 22 years old and staying at the same company ever since, I have strategically diversified my career through advancement within the firm and a lot of service on non-profit and education boards, as well as continuing education.
