Stephanie started in commercial real estate two weeks after graduation. She spent two decades navigating a male-dominated, older professional industry, building an extensive network, and celebrating successes despite the persistent challenges. Stephanie finds value in sharing her insights and elevating the stories of others with those trying to make an impact, find meaning in their work, and those who prioritize personal growth. From college students to seasoned professionals, she believes everyone deserves to look inward and practice iterative intentionality with regularity. Stephanie is a public-private partnership consultant living in Shelburne, Vermont with her husband, two kids, and their quirky Calico, Boombox.
